You will receive a different 5-minute relaxation practice in your inbox early each morning. 

Each evening you will receive a 10-minute mini-lesson about how stress affects the mind and body, plus powerful ways to build resilience to stress so you can live with more calm.

Every day of the challenge you will listen to a neuroacoustic brainwave soundtrack containing Alpha frequencies to help place your mind into the calm & relaxed Alpha brain state

  • When exposed to Alpha brain frequencies, the brain latches on and matches the slower brainwaves, bringing a sense of calm, focus, and mental clarity.
  • ​Because of the neuroplasticity of the brain, the more often you listen to Alpha frequencies, the more easily it is for your brain to enter into the relaxed Alpha brain state on its own.

About Your Host

Heather Shover, co-founder of NeuroTōnz, struggled with eczema, anxiety, and leaky gut for decades. Her journey to recovery started when she discovered functional medicine. Along the way she learned the power of combining western and holistic approaches. 

Heather recognizes the wisdom of the body to heal itself. She also knows that things can get in the way of healing. Combining sound technology with stress management techniques can help clear those obstacles.
